How to look your best in the cold months
The temperatures drop and we start to think about how we are going to get through the cold months
With this time of year, there comes hosting duties and attending various work functions, parties and celebrations. Here at Teresa Snowball & Co we can help you during this time and give you some insider tips to what is on point for your events
Winter Makeup ideas
When putting together your makeup palette, the holiday season is all about celebration and cheer.
Boldness is essential!! For lips we would suggest sultry reds, mattes and darker tones like burgundy, we are loving the @Huda lips at the moment. Also, check out @MakeupForever hot lips for the coming celebrations.
For your eyes, warm brown tones and adding some glitz are always in season, we are working with the new @Huda Nude pallet and loving it!
Strong brows are remaining a trend for this season, so play around with bolder versions of your natural colour, shape and arch.
Very importantly do not forget to hydrate your skin and add moisture, it is getting cold and dry this time of year, making sure you drink lots of water and hydrate your skin as much as possible.
Winter Hair Styles
The easy party looks for your hair include long braids, intricate half up and half down styles, and loose beach waves. Work with your natural look but try to make it more polished using different Curling techniques and products.
Adding some sleekness to your ponytail, for example, is a great way to bring a relaxed hairstyle to a celebration that everyone will love!
Add flowers
Also adding texture and volume when it comes to your hair for events! Work in headband lace or florals for some added uuuumph!
Floral crowns aren’t just for weddings, and we love the idea of incorporating a DIY floral crown for your next holiday party so that everyone can get in the mood.
Even adding a large bloom in a rich colour will add extra zap to a low, voluminous bun.
